Derry Imaging is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to float between our offices. Must love a fast pace and be ready to enjoy a competitive salary and great work environment!

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO THE POSITION?

• A great attitude and the ability to greet each patient as a valued member of the family - even when stressed
• A strong ability to multitask, and establish priorities in a fast-paced environment
• The capability to manage time effectively while always treating patients with empathy
• Above average organizational and interpersonal skills; a team-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in the use of computers including Microsoft Excel & Word
• Demonstration of ethical and professional conduct, including the ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA)

WHAT EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?

• High school diploma required
• At least 2 years’ experience in a medical office preferred
• Radiology scheduling experience strongly preferred
• Basic medical terminology and insurance knowledge preferred
• Skilled in the use of computers and related software applications; excellent typing skills
• Detailed oriented, ability to multi-task with constant interruption required
• Above average organizational and interpersonal skills
• Demonstration of ethical and professional conduct, including the ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA)

This full-time position floats to all Derry Imaging offices (as needed) and offers a competitive salary, medical and dental benefits, paid time off and 401K.
