As the first national smart space installation and services company, we’re growing fast and are seeking a part-time Design Assistant in our Naples, FL, branch who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about design.

What You'll Be Doing

Assist with day-to-day tasks, including scheduling, email correspondence, and calendar management.

Assist with on-site visits, taking measurements, photographs, and notes as needed.

Draft purchase orders and track orders and deliveries.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors on behalf of the lead designer.

Maintain project files and documentation in an organized and accessible manner.

Contribute creative input and fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions.

Perform other administrative and design-related tasks as assigned.

What You Bring to the Team

Interest and/or background in Interior Design, A/V, or related field (education or experience).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and willingness to learn design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) if applicable.

Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.

Attention to detail and ability to follow through on multiple tasks.

Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and design trends.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical ability to assist with light lifting (samples, small furnishings, etc.) and site visits.

Compensation: $16 - $18/hour. This role is part-time.
