Featuring a complete full service range of in-stock home furnishings, lighting, mattresses, accessories and window coverings, including extensive custom order options, has immediate openings for an Energetic Design Consultant. Core responsibilities:

-Meet and greet: Approach and engage clients on the showroom floor while forming a trusting relationship.

Identify Need: Qualify customer's need by asking qualifying questions.

-Collaborate: Efficiently identify key pieces while exhibiting expertise in design choices in fabrics, leathers, rugs, window coverings, furniture, color and space planning in a collaborative, fun conversational setting.

-Present : Present selections in a professional confident manner, in-store or in the clients home.

-Close : Wrap up sales details and expectations of each project both small and large.

-Order : Process and track any orders, receiving and set up delivery.

-Follow Up : Maintain professional tracking, updates and new information with client.

-Maintain showroom

-Promote brand within and outside the showroom

-Any other tasks assigned

Requirements:

-Must have proven track record in sales, preferably in the home design and furnishings sector. 1 year or more.

-Must have strong self starting and organizational skills.

- Must be able to multi-task in a high paced environment and have appropriate computer acumen.

-Must either live within 30 miles of Frisco, CO or be willing to relocate.

-Must be able to work Saturdays and or Sundays and some holidays. (Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas)

-Must be able to stand and move up to 7 hours/day.

-Must be able to lift at least 25lbs.

-Must have Associate or Bachelors in arts, business, design or related field.

Compensation:

-$26-40/hr - depending on experience

-This position has excellent earnings potential and is a long-term opportunity, not seasonal.

-non-commissioned, hourly rate based on experience and observed performance.

-Full-time, 5 consecutive workdays 9:00-5pm, set schedule.
