Design Coordinator

We’re searching for a Design Coordinator to help bring our Crosby’s brand to life across digital, print, and retail spaces. This role is perfect for someone who loves graphic design but also enjoys keeping projects on track and making sure the creative process runs smoothly from start to finish. 

What You’ll Do 

• Create and support eye-catching designs for signage, social media, events, and more. 
• Keep projects on schedule and make sure designs are approved and delivered on time. 
• Help manage content on digital menu boards and assist with themed event signage. 
• Stay organized by maintaining design archives, files, and retail signage kits. 
• Work cross-functionally with other departments and vendors to ensure consistent, high-quality marketing. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). 
• Organized multitasker who can manage timelines and juggle multiple projects. 
• Clear communicator who works well with both creative teammates and business partners. 
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering quality work on time. 

Bonus Points If You Have 

• Experience with video production tools or social ad platforms (Google/Meta). 
• A background in retail or multi-location brand environments. 
• A degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
