Pathways To Community (PTC) is seeking a Residential Services Manager to act as a Designated Coordinator, overseeing three programs licensed under 245D.   • Salary: $59,000 - $61,000 DOQ.
  • Hours/Days: Monday through Friday, business hours.  However, a flexible schedule that includes split shifts, varied days and times, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights may be required in emergency situations.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide coordination, evaluation, and support for PTC’s Residential Services programs. They must work proactively daily to ensure the residential programs they oversee operate at or above compliance with licensing standards and company policy & procedure.
  • Directly supervise the operations of their locations; develops relationships, leads and trains staff, and ensures services are delivered to the high standards required by PTC and government laws.
  • Ensure residential programs are compliant and meet licensing standards.
  • Manage, train, serve, and support site supervisors.
  • Assist with client direct care as needed.
  • Maintain and perform audits.
  • Conduct clear and thorough communication. 

To be considered for this position, you must:
  • Meets Designated Coordinator (DC) qualifications per MN Statute 245D.
  • Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and daily access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Hold an acceptable driving record.
  • Commit to a flexible schedule that includes split shifts, varied days and times, including mornings, evenings and weekends, holidays, and overnights.
  • Ability to cover shifts and be available by phone 24/7.
  • Ability to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in the Human Services field.
