What You’ll Be Doing

• Create 2D and 3D technical drawings--detailing concrete or structural steel


• Develop complex project‑specific details with limited direction


• Collaborate with project managers, senior designers, and internal and external partners


• Review contract documents and respond to RFIs


• Prepare and revise submittals to meet project and company standards


• Recommend materials and methods that balance design intent, budget, and safety

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in design, construction, or themed environments


• Associate's degree in engineering, construction, industrial design, architecture, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)


• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino (2-3 years of experience); ability to learn technology


• Strong eye for detail, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to juggle multiple projects


• Collaborative, with pride in high‑quality work and craftsmanship


• Strong communication skills

Our Environment

• Primarily office‑based with some interaction with the shop and field.


• Overtime may be required depending on project schedules.


• Occasional travel gives you the chance to see the projects firsthand.
