You are a proactive and creative problem-solver with strong analytical skills, as well as a good communicator who builds strong relationships with colleagues, clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors. And finally, you are committed to the advancement of technology, building performance, and sustainability strategies in design and construction.

We have openings in our DC office for Architectural Designers and Interior Designers with a passion for thoughtful, forward-thinking design. Designers work directly with architects and interior designers through all project phases on a wide-array of project types, sizes, and complexities. Candidates will have:

• A portfolio of architecture for commercial office, mixed-use, and/or institutional clients


• Ideally, they will have a NAAB professional degree from an accredited architecture or interior design program 


• 0-3 years of professional experience is preferred


• Demonstrate proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite

Qualities desired to excel in this role include an ability to be facile at problem-solving, and strong presentation and communication skills. An aptitude for strong design and an ability to work on teams in a collaborative environment is also sought and valued.
