You are a proactive and creative problem-solver with strong analytical skills, as well as a good communicator who builds strong relationships with colleagues, clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors. And finally, you are committed to the advancement of technology, building performance, and sustainability strategies in design and construction.

Our Washington DC office is looking for Architectural and/or Interior Designers with a passion for thoughtful, forward-thinking design. Designers work directly with architects and interior designers through all project phases on a wide-array of project types, sizes, and complexities. Candidates will have:

• A portfolio of architecture demonstrating design aptitude across multiple scales and typologies


• An NAAB professional degree from an accredited architecture or interior design program 


• Experience with Revit and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)


• Prior professional working experience (preferred)
