The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:\n\n$58,100.00 - $87,100.00\n\nThe Role\n\nAre you a technical problem-solver with a knack for electrical design and systems troubleshooting? We are looking for a Designer to join our team at the NDC office, where you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between engineering concepts and functional test reality.\n\nIn this role, you won\u0027t just be drafting; you\u2019ll be the technical backbone for our Functional Test teams. From developing complex electrical schematics to executing rigorous system verifications, you will ensure that our products are high-quality, cost-effective, and ready for the world.\n\nAs a Designer, you are integrated into the full product lifecycle. You will:\n\n * Design \u0026 Innovate: Create engineering concepts that satisfy customer requirements while maintaining a focus on quality and cost.\n\n * Technical Support: Provide hands-on assistance to Functional Test teams, specializing in electrical schematics and system troubleshooting.\n\n * Execute Verifications: Utilize lab equipment to support and perform qualification and verification activities on sophisticated test systems.\n\n * Process Excellence: Drive projects through the full value stream\u2014from conceptualization and design to manufacturing and fulfillment.\n\n * Document Success: Produce comprehensive project documentation in alignment with our quality and change management guidelines.\n\n\n\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Bring\n\nWe are looking for a detail-oriented professional who understands the \"how\" and \"why\" behind functional test systems.\n\nKey Qualifications:\n\n * Education: An Associate\u2019s Degree in a technical field is preferred.\n\n * Experience: 1+ years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience).\n\n * Technical Proficiency: Ability to use industry-standard design tools and lab equipment effectively.\n\n * Strategic Thinking: A clear understanding of the product value stream (Conceptualize \u2192 Sustain).\n\n * Documentation Skills: Strong ability to create and maintain technical records and schematics.\n\n\n\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nAt this office, you\u2019ll be part of a culture that values engineering discipline and collaborative success.
