Designer/Drafter - Interior Design

• Independently perform a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of interior design for projects of moderate size and complexity.
• Conduct field evaluations and assessments.
• Coordinate and follow through all elements of design or construction documentation.
• Perform analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies, and limited design layouts
• Prepare project specifications as requested
• Review drawings and designs to ensure adherence to established specifications and standards.
• Beginning clients and outside consultant contact
• Work under the general guidance of a senior project team member

• Growing awareness of code limitations.
• Demonstrated skills and talent in Revit / BIM, AutoCAD, SketchUp modeling, Adobe Photoshop, and preparation of presentation materials.
• Strong verbal and graphic communication, organizational and collaborative skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Commitment to their own professional growth as designer.
• Excellent problem solver and independent thinker with good listening skills and strong follow-through.

• 2+ years of relevant experience as a Designer/Drafter for Interior Design projects
• Completion of Bachelor’s in Architecture or Master's in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program, with a minor or emphasis in Interior Design.
• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without any restrictions. Please note that visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
