As a Deskside Support Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by providing hands-on technical support to both office and field personnel. You’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the systems and equipment our teams rely on every day. This role combines technical expertise, problem-solving, and strong communication skills to ensure a seamless user experience across the organization.

This is a on-site position based in Kennesaw, GA, with occasional travel (1–2 times per month) to project locations in Tennessee and South Carolina. Travel expenses are reimbursed.
