Desktop Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve computer, software, printer, and network connectivity issues.


• Install, configure, maintain, and deploy IT hardware and software.


• Provide end-user support for on-premises Enterprise Windows, Microsoft Outlook 365, and business applications.


• Assist with network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT projects.


• Maintain accurate help desk tickets, asset inventories, and technical documentation.


• Coordinate with IT administrators and vendors to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and basic networking.


• Familiarity with Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft Enterprise and 365 preferred.


• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.


• Technical certifications or related education preferred.


• Willing to work on Premise, this is not a WFH position

Education and Experience

• 3+ years of help desk or desktop support or similar IT experience


• Experience with Tier II phone support


• High expertise with troubleshooting Windows, Operating Systems


• Hardware: Laptops, Desktops, iPhone
