We are offering an opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in the banking industry, located in San Antonio, Texas. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will provide high-quality service and support to end users, both remotely and at their desks. You will be expected to have experience in IT environments and be able to handle a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Record and document all details of the issue or service request, including categorization and priority into the IT service desk tool.
• Provide remote access via IT service desk tool for end users.
• Utilize your experience with Active Directory and O365.
• Provide hands-on support to internal staff, maintaining hardware/software support.
• Leverage internal and external resources such as knowledge bases, manuals, support sites, and vendors to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Ensure consistent high-quality service and support to end users.
