Job DescriptionPrimary Role: Responsible for assisting senior ITS personnel with ensuring that all hardware platforms, operating systems, utilities, and related tools and devices are available to end users. Assists with analyzing and evaluating system malfunctions and takes appropriate action to correct systems as directed. Escalates malfunctions to level 2 or level III support when necessary, documents problems and resolutions. Maintain asset inventory. Deploy lifecycle replacements for computers, network equipment, and copiers. Assist with network and conference room upgrades.Required SkillsStrong Written and Verbal Communication Skills, and Strong Customer Service Skills. Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, planning, and risk management skills. Windows 11 deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Office 365 Teams and VoIP experience preferred along with other Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of wide and local area networks, and associated hardware. Required Certification/EducationCompTIA A +, Collage and/or 3-5 years IT Experience
