Position: Desktop Support Tech
Location: Mesa, AZ, 85212 (ONSITE)
Duration: 1 Yr. (with possible extension)
Pay rate - $20/hr. on W2
Responsibilities
Job Descriptoin:
Field Support L2
onsite presence to support the team in PHX on the IT side and also coordinate any contractors & suppliers for customer and act as a contact person.
Tasks and areas of responsibility for onsite support:
Takeover of hardware in general
Quality check
Organizing various equipment/small parts (e.g. hotspots with SIM, cables,...)
Installation of laptops OTA (DELL hardware / framework agreement, ~20-30 pcs, according to Manning RampUp plan)
Installation of equipment for the Office / Office Area project (printers, beamers, access points,...)
Setup of smartphones incl. organizing SIM card (framework contract)
Handover of devices to end users
Break&Fix for on-site equipment
End user support for IT problems
Contact/coordination with Support Graz if problems cannot be solved immediately
Coordination/Eyes&Ears if suppliers on site -> e.g. inspection of Internet / WAN production, LAN cabling, inspection of forestry steps on site (server room),
