If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\n\nWe are currently seeking a Desktop support-Windows operating system to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota (US-MN), United States (US).\n\nThis position will be Monday- Friday at the client site.\n\nThe Desktop Support will be responsible for performing various managed client services for a strategic customer. These services include: Windows, IMAC, Break Fix, Desk Side Support, etc. This role combines strong technical skills with an emphasis on delivery high level of customer service.\n\nThis position will be a Client based position working at a client site.\n\nJob Responsibilities Include:\n\n * Responsible for on-site and/or remote installation, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of desktops, notebooks, and associated peripherals.\n * Windows, troubleshooting, diagnosing, imaging/deployment and software installation.\n * Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters.\n * Provide technical support and incident management service desk functions (Service Now)\n * Reviews, troubleshoots, and approves operational quality desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals (Windows 7, 10 and Mac OS)\n * Installs, maintains and optimizes desktop /notebook configurations at customer sites (Windows 7, 10, 11 )\n * Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems.\n * Performs maintenance and repair services (basic break fix for desktops, laptops.)\n * Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of basic Windows.\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n * 1+ years desktop/technical Windows support experience\n\n\n\nPreferred Skills: \n\n * ServiceNow ticketing system (or similar ticketing system)\n * Office 365 support\n * Windows troubleshooting, diagnosing, imaging/deployment and software installation.\n * Installation/Troubleshooting of Software/Hardware\n * Proven customer service background\n * Able to comprehend and follow verbal and written technical instructions and scripts.\n * A+ certification or equivalent skill set \n * Individual must have ability to receive calls during the normal business day and after hours.\n * Physically able to lift and move Enterprise and Client technology hardware in our customer environment.\n * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis in customer service\n * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\n\n\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
