Job Description - Desktop Technician (MSK - Epic)

Level 1 Desktop Technician
On-site in midtown NYC - could travel to other sites

Company is upgrading to a hospital specific software throughout their locations in NY/NJ and Long Island. Level 1 technician is needed who is experienced in installing software and imaging PCs to prepare for this migration. Other tasks may include workstation moves or upgrades including monitors and printers. You will work with a team of techs to meet and exceed daily and weekly goals. Must be able to work well with others and follow specific instructions. Documenting progress and attention to detail are also required. Transportation is not required but is a plus. This role is long term.
