Job Description - Destination Services Coordination Associate

We are seeking an organized and dependable Destination Services Coordination Associate to assist clients with planning and managing customized arrangements from start to finish. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy research, organization, and delivering consistent support within a remote-friendly environment.

In this position, you will collaborate with clients to understand their timelines, preferences, and budgets. You will research appropriate accommodations, transportation, and activity options while ensuring all arrangements are accurately documented. Responsibilities include preparing structured schedules, coordinating reservations, confirming bookings, and assisting with updates or adjustments when needed.
