Detail Supervisor (Experience Required)

• Detailing new and used vehicles. 
• Washing, waxing the exterior, and buffing. 
• Completely reconditioning interior, from cleaning plastics, carpets, headliners, windows, removing window tint. 

• Manage detail team and activities
• Demonstrated success of past employee/team member growth
• Manage and maintain the schedule for the detail department, making sure all shifts are covered
• Proven ability to motivate inspire and communicate to multiple levels of the organization
• ADP/CDK software knowledge a plus

• This is a physically demanding position; you will stand for most of the shift. 
• Stooping/Kneeling/Crouching/Crawling/Reaching/Twisting/Bending will be required throughout shift. 
• Will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, paint, cleaning solutions, and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
