Job Title: Detailer/Entry Level Technician
Location: Diamond Quality Collision Center
Reports To: Body Shop Manager
Job Summary:
Motivated and dependable individual seeking a position as a Collision Shop Detailer / Entry-Level Technician. Eager to learn and grow within a professional collision repair environment while assisting with vehicle tear down, reassembly, and detailing. Dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and teamwork.

Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of automotive components and repair procedures
- Experience or willingness to learn vehicle teardown and reassembly
- Strong attention to detail in cleaning, polishing, and finishing vehicles
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a team environment
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Cutting, buffing, and polishing experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods to inspect vehicles and
document damage
Benefits:
Work days: Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday if needed)
