Performance Luxury Sport seeks a dedicated and meticulous Detailer-Porter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the meticulous cleaning and detailing of our luxury vehicles, ensuring they meet our high standards of presentation. • $16.00 + Per Hour (Experience-based)
• 40 Hour Work Week
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior, to ensure they meet dealership and customer standards.
• Refurbish vehicles to maintain a showroom-ready appearance, including cleaning windows, vacuuming carpets, and polishing surfaces. 
• Move vehicles as needed throughout the dealership and service department, ensuring safe handling and compliance with dealership protocols. 
• Maintain cleanliness in the lot and work areas, including picking up debris and organizing supplies and equipment. 
• Assist customers and technicians as required, providing support and information to enhance customer experience and service efficiency. 
• Report any vehicle issues or damage observed during detailing to management or technicians for further action. 
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. 
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of professionalism and teamwork within the dealership.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 
• Experience in vehicle detailing or automotive customer service is a plus but not required
• Willingness to learn is essential. 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work. 
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure. 
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff to provide excellent service. 
• Physical stamina to handle tasks involving bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a commitment to maintaining the dealership's reputation for quality and service.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record allowing you to drive customers and company vehicles.
