Endologix LLC is a California-based global medical device company dedicated to improving patients’ lives through innovative therapies for the interventional treatment of vascular disease. The therapeutic portfolio addresses clinically relevant unmet needs spanning abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) repair and lower-limb peripheral arterial disease (PAD), and is built on precision in product design, advanced manufacturing, and comprehensive physician training — supported by industry-leading clinical evidence.
The peripheral vascular (PV) commercial model is built around three deeply aligned field roles: the Principal Area Manager (PAM), who leads regional commercial execution and serves as the recognized clinical expert in the PTAB procedure; the Therapy Development Specialist (TDS), who drives physician training and therapy adoption; and the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), who owns regional strategy and performance across the area. The PAM is the commercial and clinical anchor of this model — the role that ensures territory revenue is delivered, physicians are supported case by case, and every account experiences Endologix as a trusted clinical partner.
