As a Dev/Research Engineer, you will lead hydraulic testing projects from planning to conclusion.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:                 

• Plan, set up, test, analysis and provide conclusion of components and system testing.
• Exposure to various hydraulics and fluid components and sub-systems from various machines and product groups

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Associate’s degree with 7+ years’ experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years’ experience.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years’ experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Hands on mechanical and/or electrical experience.
• Data analysis experience.
• Failure analysis experience.
• Mechanical, and hands-on experience.
• Microsoft suite experience.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Hydraulics, testing, and design experience.
• Project management experience.

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Organized.
• Client focus.
• Ability to work with engineers and shop personnel.
• Written and verbal communication.
