Founded in 1979 by a group of very involved, hands-on, highly regarded therapists, Children’s Therapy Center is on a mission to maximize the potential of children with disabilities. Children’s Therapy Center looking for a Development Assistant to join our Development and Marketing Team. Reporting to the Director of Fund Development, the Development Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of development operations. This position is responsible for supporting donor engagement through timely and accurate gift entry, data management, and donor acknowledgements. The Development Assistant helps advance the mission of Children’s Therapy Center by contributing to a positive and seamless experience for donors, and by supporting efforts to cultivate and steward strong relationships with CTC’s community of supporters.

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of three full day per week working onsite – typically, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. Remote work may be available for up to two days per week – typically, Monday and Friday; subject to change depending on Organization needs. The primary office is located in Burien, Washington; however, the role involves travel between office locations in Burien, Kent, Maple Valley, and Tacoma, as well as throughout South King and Pierce County for meetings and events.
Compensation & Benefits:
Children’s Therapy Center offers equitable and competitive pay commensurate with job-related experience and education. The pay rate range for this position is $23.83-35.38 per hour dependent on related experience and education.

Supplemental/premium insurance options are also available. Eligible employees can enroll in our retirement plan with their first paycheck and will be eligible for company contributions after their first year of employment.
