Orangewood Christian School is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Development Coordinator to play a key role in advancing the school's fundraising, donor relations, and alumni engagement initiatives. While this position reports to the Director of Development, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can operate independently, take ownership of key initiatives, and drive fundraising efforts with minimal supervision when needed.
This role requires a blend of administrative support and leadership skills, ensuring the successful execution of fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship, event coordination, and alumni engagement. The Development Coordinator must possess strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a heart for serving in a Christian school environment.
The Development Coordinator is a position requiring a calling to use God-given talents to further the Kingdom of God. The Development Coordinator is expected to be a minister to the OCS community through actions, speech, attitude, and prayer, as they point students to Christ.

2. Believe the Bible is the revelation of God’s truth and is infallible and authoritative in all matters of faith and practice.
