Development Lead (JavaScript/TypeScript) – US Remote (EST Hours)

Location: US Remote (Must work EST hours)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pod Development Lead (10–15 years). This is a remote role requiring full overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

As a Pod Lead, you will lead a development team, help guide priorities, ensure alignment to agile processes, and contribute technically to a modern web application platform.

What You’ll Do

  Lead daily development efforts and manage task prioritization for a cross-functional pod.

  Ensure team adherence to agile best practices and maintain JIRA boards.

  Unblock team members by identifying and resolving technical and process challenges.

  Contribute to architecture discussions, documentation, and technical design.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with developers, QA, designers, and business analysts in a fast-paced agile environment.

  
  

Required Technical Skills

• 
  

  10–15 years of professional experience in software development.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript.
