SUMMARY

Serves as a member of the Advancement Team for support of Director of Development and Vice President for Advancement for friend and fund-raising, alumni relations, and communications through database management and reporting, digital platforms management and communication with donors and alumni.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Database and record management for alumni and donors.

Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge (web and database view) required.
Gift Entry, administration, and Acknowledgements
Conduct Donor Research
Social media posting
Bulk email platforms and address management
Event planning and hospitality for donor events and as part of staff team for school-wide events
Assistance with print mailings

This position will include a formal evaluation period for the first 3 months of employment, with subsequent annual review periods.

Regular professional development on new and existing platforms is available.

Compensation: $62,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
