Job Description - Development/Sales/Marketing Intern

RDI Technologies is pioneering the camera as the sensor of the future because visualization is faster, safer, and simplifies the complex. Our proprietary technology platform powered by Motion Amplification® enables our users to see and measure motion that is impossible to see with the human eye and could previously only be measured by contacting sensors. Our products combine the power of modern cameras with our software to turn what used to be complex charts and graphs into easy-to-understand video data that enables our users to quickly and safely solve their toughest problems and communicate the results.

RDI Technologies is looking for a qualified intern located in Knoxville, TN to join our team. Our team works with Fortune 500 companies across the globe to solve complex problems using our patented innovative technology.

Responsibilities:

Assist development in day-to-day tasks and projects.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports on innovative technologies.
Assist with the product development team in day-to-day tasks to advance and accelerate roadmaps
Record and analyze data from various sources including technology applications and internal CRM databases
Support team members in administrative tasks as needed.
Work with customers and users to develop solutions for common applications.
Help maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
- Support moving Sharepoint folders to Ggogle Drive and organizing the content in the various Google folders.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Learning Objectives:
Throughout the duration of the internship, the intern will learn how to:

Identify and define the common business terminology used at the worksite
Work within a fast-paced high-tech environment
Understand the management of the development process and create value for the organization and stakeholders
Demonstrate multi-channel communication skills including oral, written, audio/visual and digital
Understand the product development process from concept to product
Learn how to work with project management software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
