DevOps Architect

A long term client of ours are looking to bring aboard a Staff level DevOps Engineer for a year long contract, that has the ability to be extended, to their organization to help lead an on-going project of implemented a brand new ERP software.

In this role you will be responsible for defining the standards, tools, and procedures required to manage the on-going support and operations of this new financial solution. You will also be designing a cross-system monitoring solutions, monitoring the performance of the infrastructure, and be responsible for the continuous deployment strategy.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of JavaScript, CORBA, PPTP, and groupware products
- Experience with LAN/WAN/VPN and remote network technologies and protocols
- Experience in all phases of testing: unit, system, integration, parallel, and user acceptance
- Experience with SaaS cloud implementations; particular those in which legacy on-prem applications have been migrated to cloud delivery options
- Experience transforming operational team from traditional/legacy environment to agile DevOps approach

This role is a year long contract (at least 1 year) and will require a on-site presence of 4 days per months
