YOUR POSITION:
DEVOPS ENGINEER
YOUR ROLE:
We are looking for a solution-focused, proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll work closely with product teams and engineering leads to build and maintain the core infrastructure of our backend systems. Your focus will be on scalability, automation, reliability, and security.
You'll play a key role in platform development across products, ensuring robust CI/CD practices, reliable monitoring, and efficient system operations.
YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:
Manage and improve development, staging, and production environments
Maintain and enhance centralized monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks
Manage and monitor SSL certificates, domain configurations, and renewals
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability
Contribute to infrastructure security and compliance practices
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCES:
Strong experience with Linux (Debian preferred) servers
Hands-on experience with configuration management tools (Terraform and Ansible preferred)
Experience with cloud service providers (AWS preferred)
Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus
Experience in database administration (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Familiar with data streaming platforms such as Kafka or Confluent
Experience with CI/CD tools, Docker, and Kubernetes
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Collaborative mindset, working closely with both infrastructure and development teams
Passion for DevOps culture, automation, and continuous improvement
Willingness to support outside standard business hours if necessary
Nice to Have (Plus):
Experience with Windows server administration
Understanding of high-volume transactional systems and distributed systems
Experience with Agile software development methodologies
Professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA, etc.)
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps practices
Understanding of security best practices (IAM, secrets management, network hardening)
