DevOps Engineer

THE TEAM...

Do you want to deploy and optimize software over a large computing infrastructure? Our Analytics Team operates on large scale systems that are engineered to take advantage of automation to manage containerized deployments. Advancing our analytic capabilities enables our customers to make critical decisions.

THE POSITION…

• Containerize and automate software deployments

• Responsible for maintaining operational infrastructure

• Make design decisions to improve software development workflows

• Analyze infrastructure for vulnerabilities in software, configuration, and hardware

• Create integration points between data flows and services/tools that consume them

YOU…

• Have experience scripting and debugging in a Linux environment

• Are experienced with containerization technologies including Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift

• Have experience with Windows or Linux system internals and subsystems

• Are proficient in automating builds using CI pipelines (Jenkins, Gitlab)

• Can design and implement all aspects of client/server software from the ground up

PREFERRED…

• Are experienced with automation (Puppet, Ansible, Chef)

• Have managed your own kubernetes environment

• Can troubleshoot and optimize code running on hardware to improve performance

QUALIFICATIONS…

For all levels, five years of relevant experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. All positions require US citizenship.

• Minimum 5 years' experience
• Minimum of BS in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related
• Active Security Clearance Required
