Accountabilities
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance software deployment efficiency.
- Update, maintain, and select development tools for tracking and deployment.
- Define development processes that align with Agile frameworks.
- Develop continuous integration and continuous deployment concepts and tools.
- Increase deployment frequency while minimizing business impact.
- Maintain and improve the branching strategy.
- Lower failure rates for new releases by improving tools and processes.
- Assist with the containerization of software environments.
- Provide documentation and training for supported tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Typically 5+ years in a relevant field.
- Self-starter with the ability to be proactive.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
