Job Description:

Job Summary: The Development and Operations Specialist will assist assigned/identified department(s) with, project management support, collaboration with stakeholders for business and operational support, supports developing operational performance measurements, monitor continuous process improvement tools for consistent report generation, The data sources include, but are not limited to, Electronic Health Record (EHR), Call Center Database, Health Network Databases, Business Intelligence, Health Network Financial Systems, and Quality and Compliance Systems.
Essential Job Functions & Accountabilities:
Collaborates with various departments and vendors to identify and present modernization opportunities for technology that includes Epic, Telecommunications, and various vendor-supported solutions.
Monitors and identifies workflow concerns that impact metric-based reporting.
Identifies issues with current applications and has input into solutions.
Participates in testing of new products and workflows and monitors changes as they are moved into production.
Runs and provides data reports that support development and training based on technology and workflow changes.
Investigates any variances or questions that result from the review.
Reports potential learning needs and competencies of the assigned department(s) and identifies issues for education and training to address specific needs.
Provides analytical support and education/training for front-line team members of the division assigned to support operational efficiencies and administrative functions.
Assists with compiling operational data, develops reports, designs and implements programs, and creates forms, spreadsheets, and charts with the expectation of transforming them into logical, defensible, presentable, and actionable information.
Provides requested report information in the required format and discusses results with the requestor(s) as needed.
Supports identified projects to achieve project milestones and specified results to include assisting in the development and/or implementation of project needs. Provides status reports to department leaders.
Collaborates with managers to assist with the interpretation and understanding of specified project results.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED.
2 plus years of experience in business operations analysis, or project management to include experience with high level reporting, building reports and professional presentations.

OR
3 plus years of experience in business operations analysis, or project management to include experience with high level reporting, building reports and professional presentations.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience managing and/or directly supervising/coaching staff.
