Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and leading DevOps Team Technical Lead to lead implementation and development processes in the Ministry of Finance Technology Division. The role includes leading technological teams, managing advanced CI/CD processes, and implementing advanced cloud solutions in an AWS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading multiple development teams through technological change and improvement processes
• Proactive leadership of technological projects and DevOps initiatives
• Developing and promoting DevOps culture in the organization
• Mentoring and guiding developers and technological teams
• Leading the implementation of the GitLab system in development teams of the Ministry of Finance Information Systems Department
• Planning and implementing advanced and reliable CI/CD processes
• Managing and developing cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Responsibility for GitLab and implementing best practices
• Automation of deployment and infrastructure processes
• Ensuring security and compliance in development processes
• Working with various units
• Coordination with information security and governmental regulatory entities
• Participation in technological committees at the organizational level

• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps/AWS Cloud
• At least 3 years of experience leading technological teams
• Proven experience in implementing organizational change processes
• Deep and practical knowledge of GitLab (administration, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps)
• Expertise in AWS services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, CloudFormation, IAM, and more)
• Extensive experience in building and operating CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in governmental environments or large organizations
• Automation and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
