DEXA Technologist — Radiologic Technologist (Bone Density / Body Composition)

What Will You Do?

• Perform DEXA scans (bone density and body composition) and guide clients through a seamless, professional experience
• Own your scanning days—manage your schedule, equipment, and client flow with autonomy
• Work in our storefront locations, delivering consistent, high-quality scans
• Handle light administrative work and equipment care
• Complete paid onboarding training (one week, travel covered) to learn our systems and scanning protocols

Schedule

Requirements

• New York State Radiography license
• OR ARRT certification (Radiography)
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $45/hour ($93,600 annualized at 40 hrs/week)
• Performance Bonus: Up to 7% of base annually ($6,552)—half paid in cash ($3,276), half in stock options
• Team Revenue Bonus: $500/month when we hit monthly goals ($6,000 annually—we hit our goals 9 out of 12 months in 2025)
• Total Cash Compensation: Up to $102,876
• Equity: Stock options through performance bonus and additional grants based on performance
