Job Title: Project Lead
Job Summary:
Elevate your career as a Project Lead with a pivotal role at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). You'll be a critical part of the mission to make declassification decisions regarding DIA records, both physical and electronic.
Responsibilities Include:
Serving as primary interface between the Contractor and the Government
Developing and implementing plans to reduce/address inventorying and Automatic (25-Year) declassification backlog activities in accordance with project management standards
Managing and monitoring project cost, schedule, technical performance, staffing, materials, security, deliverables, quality, and metric objectives and milestones
Collecting, analyzing, and maintaining task performance metrics that measure the execution of all business and operational activities
Providing the Government with monthly status reports
Coordinating, collaborating, and communicating with the COR and/or government lead/POC daily to address potential problems, issues, and/or risks
Ensuring recruiting and retention activities are on-going
Submitting Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to the COR
Ensuring proper on-boarding of personnel to include individual account creation, security needs for access, and other administrative requirements
Coordinating complicated workflow processes and ensuring both accurate and timely
production that meets declassification standards
Supporting declassification activities weekly
Required Qualifications and Skills:
TS/SCI clearance with CI poly
Bachelor's degree
7+ years of experience managing/leading 25-year Automatic declassification activities in accordance with NARA-approved standards
The physical ability to lift boxes weighing approximately 25 pounds
Work Setting and Environment:
Monday - Friday, normal business hours
Work is to be performed at government facilities in Washington, DC and Landover, MD
Travel throughout the greater DC area
