What You’ll Do

• Lead in diagnosing and repairing advanced electrical, drivability, and electronic system issues across multiple makes and models.

• Serve as the technical authority, assisting and mentoring other technicians in proper diagnostic processes.

• Collaborate directly with Service Advisors to ensure customers understand the “why” behind repairs.

• Utilize factory-level diagnostic tools, schematics, and cutting-edge technology to solve challenges efficiently and accurately.

• Maintain meticulous standards for safety, quality, and compliance.
