Belden’s Automotive and Tires – Boerne, a full-service auto repair shop serving the West Boerne community, is looking for a skilled Diagnostic Automotive Technician with a strong work ethic and a passion for excellence. Diesel experience a PLUS!

Location: 29137 IH-10 West, Boerne, TX 78006
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Saturday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay: $40–$50/hour flat rate + bi-weekly guarantee
Average Annual Income: $74,880 – $104,000

What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on a wide variety of vehicles
• Handle engine and transmission diagnostics, top-end engine repairs, and electrical/emissions systems
• Conduct DOT inspections and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with service advisors and teammates to ensure accurate and timely repairs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

? What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, emissions, and diagnostic software
• Experience with engine/transmission diagnostics and top-end repairs
• Familiarity with DOT inspections
• Valid driver’s license and your own tools
• Positive attitude, strong character, and a team-first mindset
• Diesel experience a PLUS!
