Schedule:

Full-Time | Nights

• Shift: Thursday–Sunday, 9:00 PM–7:00 AM

• Rotating Weekends & On-Call Responsibilities

Compensation & Incentives:

• Hourly Pay: $32.00 – $40.00 (based on experience)

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000

• Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case basis)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our imaging team at a regional acute care hospital in Tallahassee, FL. The Sonographer plays a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic ultrasound imaging, working closely with physicians to support accurate diagnosis and patient care. This is a full-time night shift opportunity for a motivated and compassionate imaging professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams according to physician orders and imaging protocols

• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and appropriate positioning during procedures

• Capture and document clear, high-quality sonographic images

• Communicate effectively with patients, radiologists, and clinical staff

• Participate in the department’s on-call rotation as scheduled

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3–6 months of sonography experience required (acute care not required)

• Education: Certificate or Associate Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography

• Certifications:

  • BLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)

  • ARDMS or ARRT (S) registration required

  • Vascular certification (RVT, RVS, or equivalent) required within 1 year of hire

• Skills: Positive attitude, self-starter, strong interpersonal communication
