Job Description - Dialer & Lead Optimization Manager

We are seeking an experienced Dialer & Lead Optimization Manager to own lead flow, dialer performance, and data-driven optimization for a high-volume sales floor. This role is mission-critical: you will ensure our callers are always dialing the best possible leads, at the right time, with maximum efficiency.

This is not a junior role. You must have real experience running dialers, managing Salesforce, and supporting fast-paced sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage dialer strategy for a high-volume outbound sales floor
  • Ensure the dialer is always populated with high-quality, prioritized leads
  • Track and analyze lead performance by:
    • Source
    • Age
    • Tier
    • Disposition
    • Conversion and ROI
  • Build, manage, and optimize Salesforce lead routing, workflows, and reporting
  • Control lead rotation, recycling, suppression, and pacing
  • Monitor real-time dialer performance (pickup rate, RPC, talk time, burn rate)
  • Coordinate with sales managers to align lead strategy with daily goals
  • Manage lead vendors and hold them accountable to performance standards
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
  • Identify inefficiencies and proactively improve conversion rates

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years experience managing dialers and leads in a high-volume sales environment
  • Strong Salesforce experience (lead management, reporting, workflows, automation)
  • Proven experience running or supporting a large outbound sales floor
  • Deep understanding of:
    • Dialer logic (priority, pacing, recycling)
    • Lead scoring and segmentation
    • Conversion metrics and funnel analysis
  • Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure and make fast decisions
  • Strong communication skills with sales reps, managers, and executives

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in financial services, MCA, lending, or call-center environments
  • Experience with dialers such as Five9, VICIdial, Justcall, Aircall, or similar
  • SQL / advanced reporting or RevOps background
  • Experience managing overseas callers or multi-location teams

  • Dialer downtime is near zero
  • Pickup and conversion rates improve month over month
  • Sales reps trust the leads they are calling
  • Lead spend produces measurable ROI
