Dialer / FAE Role

Everything To Gain is excited to announce an opening for the Dialer / FAE (Field Application Engineer) Role. In this hybrid position, you will play a key role in our outreach and customer engagement strategies. As a Dialer, your primary responsibility will be to connect with prospective clients through our dialing system and set up appointments for our sales team. Additionally, as a Field Application Engineer, you will support clients by providing technical insights and solutions, thereby playing an integral part in our customer journey. Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through outbound dialing to generate leads.
• Schedule and organize appointments for the sales team to ensure an efficient workflow.
• Assist customers with technical inquiries and application solutions as a Field Application Engineer.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to align strategies and objectives.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of outreach efforts and provide insights for improvement.

• Experience in telemarketing or sales dialing preferred.
• Technical knowledge or previous experience in a Field Application Engineer role is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
• Effective organizational and multitasking abilities.
