Dialysis LPN (0.5 FTE)

The Staff Pad has partnered with a growing healthcare organization in Helena, Montana, to find a dedicated Dialysis LPN (0.5 FTE) to join their compassionate and mission-driven healthcare team. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality dialysis care in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dialysis procedures under RN supervision in accordance with established protocols.
  

• Communicate patient status and concerns to supervising RN.
  

• Administer medications and perform dressing changes.
  

• Transport patients within the hospital and assist as needed.
  

• Monitor, clean, and maintain dialysis equipment.
  

• Participate in the development of the patient’s plan of care.
  

• Complete clerical and support tasks as assigned.
  

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited technical school of nursing.
  

• IV certification required for dialysis.
  

• Current LPN license with the Montana State Board of Nursing.
  

• BLS certification required.
  

• Certification as a dialysis LPN or technician is encouraged, but not required.
  

• At least 6 months of acute care or dialysis experience preferred.
