Job Description - Die Cast Machine Operator 2nd Shift (3:00pm-11:30pm)

Description

To develop Die Cast skills and support all functions of the Technician and Team Leader

Requirements

Ensure all production targets and met on a daily basis
Countermeasure production deficiencies daily
Maintain sleeve and furnace sensors
Clean die faces/remove flash
Change ladle cup
Change tip lube line/Confirm correct setting
Perform Quality checks
Report Quality issues as soon as they are found
Adhere to all safety polices and wear personal protective equipment
