Die Cast Manager (5 years experience required)

Description

 Madison Precision is looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills, technical proficiency in the production process, problem-solving capabilities, organizational skills, a focus on quality control, the ability to manage budgets, and a commitment to safety and employee well-being; essentially, someone who can effectively lead a team to meet production targets while maintaining high quality standards and optimizing efficiency. 

Requirements

This position is responsible for coordination and administration of all casting and trimming production and improvement in areas for safety, quality, cost, delivery and morale.

· Motivating, supporting, and providing guidance to staff.

· Manage production capacity based on sales and inventory plan.

· Review progress on daily goals. React to problems and assign resources.

· Coordinate efficiency and delivery improvement activities. Follow up tasks assigned to team.

· Communicate casting and trimming status and activities to management and other departments

· Review Equipment running condition and manpower situation

· Attend daily shift meetings and resolve daily production, manpower, and quality issues.

Requirements

· Management/Supervisory experience preferably in support of manufacturing operations.

· Must understand manufacturing environment

· Be able to plan for events and constant follow ups

· Good Personal Organizational skills

· Be able to prepare reports and review data from your team-Excel, Power point
