Die Cutting Operator, 3rd Shift

This position is for a 3rd Shift Die Cutting Operator at our facility in Charlotte, NC.  

Your Role

• Operate BOBST machinery to expected performance levels.
• Perform set-ups, troubleshooting, and making minor machine adjustments.
• Follow PFD instructions to fulfill daily production requirements.
• Adhere to all plant safety guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Help meet or exceed quality and production waste goals
• Keep work area clean throughout shift
• All other duties as assignment by management.

Your Profile

Minimum Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of Die Cutting Operator experience
• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience running Bobst Expertcut Die-Cutter Press preferred

• Compute rate, ratio, percent, and proportions.
• Prioritize tasks.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Detail and deadline oriented
• Basic mechanical skills (i.e. hand tools)
• Excellent communication skills including verbal and written
• Basic computer skills
• Basic knowledge of metric system
• Problem solving skills
