Diesel Lube and Tire Technician

Kenly 95 Petro TA Service Center is seeking a skilled Diesel Tire and Lube Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing basic preventative maintenance services and tire-related tasks on diesel trucks and commercial vehicles. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance on diesel trucks and commercial vehicles.
• Inspect tires, replace worn or damaged tires, and conduct proper balancing and alignment.
• Check and maintain fluid levels, including coolant, transmission, and brake fluids.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to customers and supervisors.
• Utilize proper tools and equipment to perform services safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow company policies, safety protocols, and industry standards.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in diesel maintenance, tire services, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with tools used in tire and lube services.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in various weather conditions, and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
