Diesel Mechanic

Costy's Energy Services is currently seeking experienced Diesel Mechanics for their Muncy, PA location.  This is a full time position. Having a CDL license is a plus but not mandatory.

Looking for someone knowledgeable in diesel engine repair, who’s safety oriented, has a positive attitude and is a team player. 

Job Description: 

• Comply with all safety procedures and DOT requirements


• Perform routine preventive maintenance on company tractors/ trailers


• Responsible for completion of all service requests as assigned


• Working knowledge of truck air, vac pump, water tanks, and electrical systems


• Complete daily paperwork and safety trainings as needed


• Troubleshoot and repair tractor / trailers in an efficient and timely manner


• Ability to work independently 


• Detroit / Cummins system diagnostics is a plus


• Keep work area clean and organized


• Other duties assigned by management 

Qualifications: 

• Skilled on Detroit and Cummins engines


• Must furnish own small general tools 


• CDL License Preferred


• Operate Trucks / Forklifts 


• 1 plus years work experience in shop maintenance or as a diesel mechanic


• Ability to meet physical demands of Job


• Acceptable driving record

MUST PASS DRUG TEST
