Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: $33-$35 per Hour (Flat Rate)

  • Average for experienced tech: 50-60 hours paid for 40 hours worked

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance directly on customer sites, ensuring timely and efficient service.


• Diagnose mechanical issues through inspections, tests, and road tests.


• Work independently in diagnosing and repairing issues with minimal supervision.


• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance and follow-up repairs on light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles.


• Utilize diagnostic tools such as handheld computers and pressure gauges.


• Adhere strictly to company safety guidelines and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years Diesel Mechanic experience preferred.


• Valid Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card required.


• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.


• Must provide own hand tools required for job duties.


• Successful completion of drug screening and criminal background check.
