Columbus, NE

Diesel Mechanic Benefits:

Our mechanics make between $25 - $45 per hour based on diesel mechanic experience
Company-provided mechanic uniforms
Paid training is offered to mechanics with basic mechanical skills

3% Safe Harbor contribution to employee's 401k regardless of whether you contribute or not
$50 cell phone reimbursement per management approval
120 hours of PTO at the start of employment with a max accrual of 240 hours
Diesel Mechanic Requirements:

Mechanic must have a valid driver's license
Must have your own tools
Mechanic must be able to pass a drug test and fit for duty physical
Preferred formal mechanic training in working with diesel equipment/heavy equipment/farm equipment
We prefer to have mechanics with 6 months to a year of previous diesel mechanic experience
All diesel mechanics with at least 6 months of experience will be considered, but your pay is based on mechanical experience with heavy-duty/farm equipment
