Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on our diesel fleet, including roll-off trucks, vacuum/pump trucks, and trailers
Maintain hydraulics, PTO systems, and vacuum pumps
Lead, schedule, and support the driver team: daily routes, coverage, and accountability
Track maintenance records, parts inventory, and vendor relationships
Train drivers on safe operation, pre-trip inspections, and customer service
Jump in behind the wheel to cover routes when needed

Diesel or heavy truck mechanic experience (preferred)
Experience supervising or leading a crew (preferred)
CDL Class A or B preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Own basic tools (preferred)
Problem-solver who takes ownership and communicates clearly
$85,000–$100,000 on-target earnings
